« Mon Netflix » pour trouver plus facilement quelque chose à regarder

Pour beaucoup d’abonnés Netflix, la page d’accueil du service de streaming peut ressembler à un véritable parcours du combattant : quel programme choisir ? Netflix propose bien des sélections et suggère (plus ou moins bien) du contenu en fonction de ses goûts, mais l’algorithme manque assez souvent de pertinence, quand il ne se plante pas complètement. Alors comment faire ? Pour répondre à l’angoisse de la page d’accueil, Netflix a créé une nouvelle section dans son application mobile : l’onglet Téléchargements est devenu Mon Netflix. Sky Stream launches in Ireland

Sky has announced the launch of its Sky Stream device in the Republic of Ireland. Over 150 channels are available and 100,000 hours of aggregated content. The puck-sized box offers the same look and feel as found in Sky Glass, the streaming TV, launched in Ireland a year ago, Sky is promoting a Sky-Netflix bundle that offers Sky’s entertainment package with Netflix for €30 per month. Google TV integrates with over 50 streaming services and apps…

Perhaps the most useful thing about the new Google TV platform is the ability to aggregate and organize content from a variety of different sources. Which ones, though? Here’s a full list of streaming services and apps that Google TV supports. Of course, Google can pull content from its own services such as YouTube TV and also Google TV (formerly Play Movies). Beyond that, however, are quite a few third-party services. Major players like Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max are included, and NBC’s Peacock. Telus

Telus taps 3SS to power next-gen TV service Leading Canadian communications technology company Telus has deployed a 3SS 3Ready-based technology platform to launch a next-generation super-aggregated entertainment service based on Android TV OS. The new entertainment service offers over 400 channels, over 80,000 on-demand assets, and includes popular third party streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video are pre-installed and deep-linked.
